This week kicked off by staying after school to learned a new function on the light board. I learned how to use the light cues. The process is simple once you understand each step. I caught on easily from the start, so I only needed to practiced a few time. On Tuesday I practiced the light cue functions. On Wednesday I looked over a script and how cues are written in them for both sound and lights. Thursday and Friday I practiced programming light cues and doing a few odd things in the auditorium. I set up the podium and got out a microphone with a up right stand.
In this article I found that the difference between resume and eulogy virtue is that resume is skills you can bring to the marketplace. Eulogy virtues are ones that are spoken about at your funeral. At the end of the article I think he meant to be a balanced between eulogy and resume virtues. They both help you stay happy and feel comfortable. By this I mean they give you a sense of who you are at all times. I find this important as you need to not only have skills needed for a job but also a good character, inside and out.
